Potato Salad
500gwaxy potatoesfor jacket potatoes!
1tbspsalt
1fresh cucumberpeeled, finely sliced
1tspsalt
1/2onionsyellow
Dressing
100gmayonnaise
3tbspmustard
1tbspwhite vinegaroptional
1tspmarjoram
1-2tspsalt
pepper

Instructions
Cook the potatoes
Depending on their size, cook the jacket potatoes in salty, boiling water until done but not overcooked. They should be soft but not mushy. Suggested cooking times:For small potatoes - 15min, Medium - 18 min And large - 20 minutes.
Place slices of the cucumber in a small bowl and add 1 tsp salt. Stir it and set aside for 30 minutes.
Chop the onions.
At this point, the potatoes should be ready. Drain the potatoes and let them cool down a bit before you start peeling them.
Remove excess water from the cucumber.
Prepare the dressing:
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, white wine vinegar, marjoram, salt and pepper to prepare the dressing.
Make the salad
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Combine cucumber, onion, potato slices and dressing; mix well.
Set aside for at least 30 minutes. Correct seasoning if you need it.
