Ingredients
2tbspvegetable oil
2onionsmedium
500mlsieved tomatoes
100mlbroth
30gtomato pure
1,5tbspsugarbrown
3tsppaprika powder
2tbspcurry powder*if you don't have one see recipe below
1tspWorcestersauce
salt, cayenne pepper
Curry Powder Recipe
1tspcoriander
1tspcumin
1tsptumeric
1pinchcinnamon
1pinchcayanne pepper
1pinchblack pepper
Instructions
Chop the onions into small pieces.
Take a large pan and preheat the oil. As soon as it’s warm fry the onions until translucent.
Add the chicken broth and sieved tomatoes. Bring it to a boil.
Season with sugar, paprika and half of the curry powder, worcestersauce and salt. Let it simmer over small heat for 20 minutes.
Add cayenne pepper if you like spicy!
Serve warm with the rest of the curry powder on the top of a Bratwurst.
