Soak the bread roll cubes in water for min. 5 minutes.
Preheat 1tbsp of oil in the pan. Fry the onion until translusent. Set aside to cool down.
Take the bread roll out of the water and squeeze the excess water from it.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients: minced meat, soaked bread roll cubes, onion, mustard, egg, paprika powder, salt and pepper. For extra kick you can add spicy paprika powder as well.
Shape the meat mixture into oval meatballs, 4cm thick.
Preheat the oil on the frying pan.
Fry the meatballs on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
