Fry onion on the medium heat until tender.
Add sliced garlic, stir the mixture for 2 minutes and add peppers. It should take around 10 minutes for peppers to be tender.
Add tomatos and spices (salt and cumin) and cooked on low heat, covered with a lid for at least 30 minutes
Make small wholes in the sauce and beat in eggs.
Season with pepper and salt.
Close the lid and wait until the eggs is done. If you like soft eggs cook it for 4minutes, if hard 10minutes.
