The Fiddler Original-Profi Collection of "flat bottomed pans" allows uniform heat transferred to the pans and cooks with even heat. The quality of the manufactured items in the collection is excellent. The cost is a bargain that keeps the stove protected as the shape (flat-bottomed) makes the cooking as effective as can be. I'm happy to have made this purchase.
My wife purchased an advertised as new but, was used (advertised as the 9 piece set) but only received 8 pieces because the 6.3" lid for the 2.2 qt stock pot was missing.
Fissler ist eben Fissler. Wir bereuen den Kauf keine Sekunde. Die Wärmeverteilung ist super und sie sehen hochwertig und elegant aus. Die Töpfe haben ein ordentliches Gewicht, was unserem Qualitätsanspruch entspricht.
Sólo hace un mes que cocino con mis ollas nuevas, pero estoy muy contenta. Se nota la gran calidad. Son fáciles de limpiar, no les han salido las manchas que he leído en algún comentario... He seguido las instrucciones de limpieza y mantenimiento, y fantástico. Las únicas manchas que pueden tener son de la cal si no las secas con un paño, pero eso les pasa a todas las ollas de acero inoxidable. Como tienen paredes muy gruesas (aparte del fondo....), el calor se mantiene muy bien. En cuanto hierva el agua (o se caliente lo que tenga en la olla), lo tapo y lo dejo en fuego muy bajo y la verdad es que se ahorra mucha energía y a veces tiempo de cocción. El otro día se me olvidó apagar el fuego del arroz cuando ya estaba casi hecho, y se me pegó un poquito, pero sólo con la ayuda de una cuchara enseguida se soltó del fondo y con la limpieza normal la olla se quedó como nueva. La única desventaja es el peso, sobre todo la olla grande pesa un montón, pero evidentemente es por el material y vale la pena.
Dopo un po' di ricerca siamo arrivati alla conclusione che queste sono una delle poche pentole inox realmente prodotte in Germania, dove questa cosa è chiaramente indicata. Altre marche cercano di vivere della passata fama ma hanno ormai trasferito in Cina la produzione e la qualità ne ha risentito evidentemente. Sono belle pentole, con linea essenziale (alla tedesca appunta!) ma con rifiniture che la rendono eleganti e moderne. Dobbiamo aggiornare la recensione perchè dopo qualche utilizzo, seppur parziale, abbiamo già rilevato problemi con attaccamento del cibo e riscaldamento non uniforme del fondo. Il pentolino si comporta meglio della casseruola piccola pur avendo stesso diametro e praticamente stessa forma. Non abbiamo ancora provato le pentole grandi... speriamo bene, ma il riso si attacca e la besciamella pure... Abbiamo vecchi pentolini con fondo in acciaio che non danno questi problemi per cui non possiamo avere la colpa per un uso errato delle pentole perchè ci comportiamo allo stesso modo. E' sicuramente colpa del fondo che è fatto male. Quindi....molto belle ma di media qualità nella pratica. Non sappiamo più dove sbattere la testa!!!!
