- 100 g Fleischwurst Bologna Sausage
- 80 g pickled cucumber
- 1 egg

- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
- Boil the egg and cut it into stripes.
- Cut Fleischwurst (Bologna Sausage) and pickled cucumber into this stripes.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, sugar and salt.
- Mix all salad ingredients right before serving, otherwise the pickled cucumber will lose water and the consistency will change.

For pickled cucumber, I chose my favourite sweet and sour pickled cucumber slices from Spreewald, which I cut into 3 cm long, thin strips.
