Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Cut baguette in half. Butter it.
Wash champignons and peel the onion. Place both in blender and blend it for several (3-5) seconds. The mixture doesn't have to be smooth.
Preheat butter in a sauté the mixture until tender. Season with salt & pepper.
Place the mixture on the sandwich half,
Grate the cheese and put on the top of the sandwich,
Bake for about 5 min - until cheese melts!
Before serving let them cool down a little. Serve them with ketchup and chives.
