In every country there are dishes which we make when we don’t have much in the fridge. In Italy they cook pasta with oil, garlic and chili, in Poland potato with buttermilk and in Germany potato with cream cheese. Potato and cheese are the perfect combination: healthy, delicious and super easy. Very classic dish which Germans eat religiously. Remember it – when you don’t have much in the fridge!

Instructions
  1. Peel potatoes and place them in a pot filled with salted water. Boil them for 20 minutes.
  2. Grate radish and mix it with cheese and spring onion. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Drain the potatoes, mash them, add butter and milk.
  4. Serve with cream cheese and eggs on the side.
